The menu highlights bountiful seafood offerings from the Gulf waters, such as whole-grilled local catches, housemade pastas, fresh herbs, edible flowers, and seasonal produce.

At the bar, visitors can look forward to a taste of the Riviera liqueur, Sangria served with a modern twist, and a variety of house-made martinis. The featured "Riviera Moments" cocktails offer a refreshing taste of coastal elegance, perfect for any occasion. Wines by the glass are available, as is a reserve selection featuring some of the most well-respected producers in the region, including Lebanon and Israel.
Journey Through Botanicals
Learn the art of crafting the perfect gin and tonic in a masterclass that dives into different gin styles, tonic flavor profiles, and botanical pairings. This experience includes a mixologist’s selection of three gins, tonics, and a variety of botanicals, along with three paired appetizers. The 75-minute activity features a 45-minute class followed by 30 minutes of unlimited gin and tonics.
